Dana Harris

Dana Harris is a dedicated care management professional currently serving as a Care Manager and Resource Advocate at The Arc of North Carolina since March 2021, providing support for individuals with disabilities and their families. With prior experience as a Therapeutic Specialist at Veritas Collaborative, LLC, and as a Social Care Worker at Reality Ministries, Dana has focused on developing activities to enhance social skills and teamwork among patients with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Additional roles include Counseling Intern at Eclectic Therapeutic Connections, where Dana developed crisis intervention plans, and Project Coordinator at The Arc of the Triangle, where Dana created employment opportunities for students with developmental disabilities. Dana also has experience as a Database Coordinator at the Autism Society of North Carolina, researching services to improve patient care, and volunteered at the Durham VA Medical Center to support veterans. Dana holds a Master of Social Work degree from North Carolina Central University and a Bachelor of Social Work from Meredith College.
