The leadership team of The Arc of North Carolina consists of individuals with a wide range of experiences in the social work and education industries. Many on the team have experience as executives or directors at various organizations, such as Hilltop Home, PSW, and Tammy Lynn Center for Developmental Disabilities. The team also has a wealth of experience in grant writing and management, as well as consulting. In addition to their professional experience, the leaders of The Arc of North Carolina also boast impressive educational backgrounds, with degrees from Western Carolina University, Brigham Young University, and UNC - Chapel Hill.
