Moni Joshi

Moni Joshi is a Human Resources Professional with over 10 years experience. She maintains her Professional in Human Resources Certification (PHR). She also holds certification in Six Sigma Black belt in Human Resources. She has earned a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management.

Moni joined with The Arc of Somerset County in April 2016 as a Generalist .She was promoted to Senior HR Generalist in 2017 and most recently, was appointed as Director of Human Resources. Her career began as a Recruiter in the staffing industry. Her professional experiences include talent acquisition, training/employee development, organizational development, employee relations, compensation and benefits.
