Jennifer Radigan

Jennifer Radigan has a strong background in the field of behavior analysis and autism intervention. Jennifer began their career in 2008 as a Behavior Analyst at Autism Early Intervention Clinics, where they worked until 2010. In 2008, they also joined ABA Solutions Inc. as a Behavior Analyst and continued in this role until 2011.

In 2011, Jennifer joined The Arc Tampa Bay Inc. and took on multiple roles within the organization. Jennifer started as a Behavior Analyst and later became the Residential Director in 2015. Jennifer'smost recent position at The Arc Tampa Bay Inc. is the Associate Executive Director, which they have held since June 2020.

Jennifer Radigan completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at the University of Florida from 2004 to 2008. Jennifer then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of South Florida from 2008 to 2011.
