Susan Faiella

Susan Faiella is an experienced finance and human resources professional with a diverse background in accounting, treasury analysis, and human resource operations. Currently serving as an Accountant for the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners and a Treasury Analyst for the Archdiocese of Boston, Faiella has also held the position of Human Resources Analyst for Weymouth Public Schools since 2016, where responsibilities include managing employee operations and maintaining HR databases. Previous roles include Special Education Paraprofessional, Invoicing/Funding Specialist at CBA Companies, and IT Project Finance Specialist for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
