Max Bullen-Smith

Max Bullen-Smith is an experienced professional in mergers and acquisitions, investment strategies, and corporate finance. Currently serving as Head of M&A at Ardonagh Specialty since July 2024, and simultaneously working as Investment Director and Head of Special Projects at The Ardonagh Group since January 2021, Max has expertise in alternative investments, acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, and strategic operations. Previous roles include Head of Special Projects at Hera Indemnity, Associate at Cavendish focusing on public company M&A and fundraising, and Investment Analyst at a Family Office. Earlier experience includes management consulting at Accenture, investment strategy work at Hudson & Yorke, and internships with Capgemini, Marsh & McLennan, and Johnson Matthey.
