Deborah Torain, PhD is currently the Vice President of Global Clients at Ariel Group, where Deborah helps leaders and teams enhance their communication skills through various methods. Before that, Deborah worked as a Strategic Business Partner at the Center for Creative Leadership and as Manager of Education and Workforce Development at the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce. Throughout their career, Deborah has demonstrated expertise in leadership development, strategic planning, and client relationship management.
