Luis Bellón

Luis Bellón is the owner of LAB Performance Coaching, LLC, a leadership development firm specializing in communication and presence for inspirational leadership since 2012. Luis serves as an Affiliate Facilitator and Coach with Ariel Group, delivering theater-based workshops globally in English and Spanish, and as an Executive & Cultural Transformation Coach with LEAP. In addition, Luis is a Career Narrative Expert at Square One Prep, assisting clients in crafting authentic career visions. Previously, Luis held positions including Assistant Lecturer in Leadership Communications at the University of California, Berkeley, and Project Manager roles in the construction industry, achieving significant project improvements and cost savings. Luis holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, alongside a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida.
