Rachel Cossar

Rachel Cossar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, communication, and training. As Co-Founder and CEO of Virtual Sapiens, Rachel oversees a platform that enhances communication skills through technology-driven coaching. In addition, Rachel serves as a Somatic Faculty Member at Mobius Executive Leadership and a Program Facilitator at Ariel Group, combining expertise in business and performing arts to develop leadership presence. Rachel is also the Founder of Choreography For Business, LLC, which addresses holistic communication needs in the workplace. In their role as a Professional Speaker for Vistage Worldwide, Rachel contributes to peer mentoring for executives. Previous experience includes major gift fundraising at New England Conservatory and contributions to Harvard University. Rachel holds degrees in Political Science from Laurentian University and Northeastern University and a Business Certificate from Harvard Business School Online.
