She earned a Bach­e­lor of Sci­ence in Geron­tol­ogy from Bowl­ing Green State Uni­ver­si­ty in Bowl­ing Green, Ohio, as well as a Mas­ter of Busi­ness Admin­is­tra­tion degree from Tif­fin Uni­ver­si­ty in Tif­fin, Ohio. Through­out her career in senior liv­ing, Jes­si­ca has held roles of increas­ing respon­si­bil­i­ty in sales and mar­ket­ing, finance, and admin­is­tra­tion. As a results-dri­ven Exec­u­tive Direc­tor, she has a proven record of man­ag­ing Life Plan Com­mu­ni­ties (also referred to as Con­tin­u­ing Care Retire­ment Com­mu­ni­ties – CCRCs) that achieve finan­cial sta­bil­i­ty and reg­u­la­to­ry com­pli­ance, while con­sis­tent­ly achiev­ing a high qual­i­ty of care and ser­vices for the pop­u­la­tion the com­mu­ni­ties serve.
