Luke Silvester Gaicd

Luke Silvester GAICD serves as the Community Economic Development Manager at Many Rivers since February 2023 and has been the Economic Development Specialist at the Arnhem Land Progress Aboriginal Corporation since October 2017. With a focus on economic development in the Northern Territory across various sectors including industry and community, Luke has also held roles such as Economic Development and NDIA Program Manager, Senior Engagement Officer at the National Disability Insurance Agency, and Chief Executive Officer of Groote Eylandt Aboriginal Trust. As the founder and sole trader of Equilibrium Solutions since 2011, Luke provides specialized services in development, business management, and cultural heritage.
