Tara Stier

Tara Stier is currently working as an Occupational Therapist at the Arthritis Society since February 2021. Prior to this, Tara held the same position at CAMH from January 2019 to February 2021. Tara also worked as a freelance Certified Personal Trainer from March 2015 to July 2020. Tara has a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology from Western University. Throughout their career, Tara has also worked in various roles such as Lifeguard, Swim Instructor, and Aquatic Fitness Instructor at different companies.
