Jiann Cornejo is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in the hospitality industry. Since October 2022, Jiann has held the position of Chef De Partie at The Arts Club Dubai, previously serving as Demi Chef De Partie and Commis 1. Prior experience includes a role as Commis 2 at Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre from May 2021 to October 2022, as well as internships at Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa and Vatel Restaurant. Jiann holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institution Management from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, completed in 2019.

The Arts Club Dubai
The Arts Club was founded in Mayfair, London in 1863 by men of vision in order to provide a haven for those people who had professional or amateur relationships with the Arts, Literature or Sciences. The club is delighted to be the first international outpost based in Dubai’s DIFC. The club spans an impressive 65,000 square feet, set over four floors. It provides Members with an extension to their own homes: elegant, comfortable, versatile, and surrounded by like-minded individuals therein.
