Monika Bajracharya

Monika Bajracharya is an experienced finance and HR professional with a strong background in budgeting, accounting, and policy development. Currently serving as a Program Finance Officer at The Asia Foundation since November 2019, Monika previously held the position of Senior Finance and HR Officer at Medair from July 2015 to May 2019, where responsibilities included financial reporting, payroll, recruitment, and capacity building. Earlier roles include Finance and HR Officer, with a focus on cash handling and recruitment, and a Cloud Worker at Sprout Technology, which involved data entry and community service. Monika began their career as a Front Desk Receptionist cum Lab Assistant at UNIQUE COLLEGE, managing front desk operations and assisting in financial tasks. Monika holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Caspian Valley College and a Bachelor's in Business Studies from Tribhuwan University.
