Blake Stepan has over 8 years of experience in marketing. In 2020, they began working as a Marketing Expert & Coach for The ASK Method Company. Prior to that, they were the Marketing Director for the High Performance Institute (Brendon Burchard) from 2018 to 2020, and Digital Marketing for High Performance Institute (HPI) from 2018. From 2015 to 2018, they were the Digital Marketing Director for SUCCESS Magazine. From 2012 to 2015, they were the Digital Marketing Manager for the Five Star Institute, where they launched the first inbound marketing strategy and grew the contact database from 21K to 67K, increased social media audience by 250%, and digital marketing lead generation by 103%. Blake also reworked the email strategy to reduce the amount of emails sent by a third, saving the company $250K per year.

Blake Stepan received their Bachelor of Science in Economics from Texas Tech University in 2012. Blake also holds a HubSpot Inbound Marketing Badge from The ADBL (Academy of Digital Business Leaders).
