Debbie Z. Lattuga has over 25 years of work experience in a variety of roles. From 1991 to 2004 they worked as the Director of Communications at The Flagship Resort, where they were responsible for customer service and support, as well as facilitating team building amongst the staff. In 2004, they moved to Lattuga-Neary Mortgage as a Commercial Mortgage Broker. In 2009, they began working as a Speaker and Workshop Presenter on Creativity and Motivation for Invisible Heartstrings. From 2012 to 2016, they were a Business Coach, Talent Scout and Team Leader for Keller Williams Realty - Englewood, Fl, where they coached realtors to build careers worth having, businesses worth owning and lives worth living. Finally, in 2016, they began working for The Sales Team Coach as a Business Coaching Specialist and Real Estate Team Coach, utilizing sophisticated financial software to analyze multiple areas of businesses to boost their bottom line.

Debbie Z. Lattuga attended the University of Maryland from 1981 to 1983, where they earned a BA in Psychology. Prior to that, they were enrolled at the University of Maryland Baltimore County from 1979 to 1981, studying Biology and Chemistry. No additional certifications are listed.
