Justin Kohlbrenner serves as the Senior Vice President of Practice Ownership at TAG - The Aspen Group since April 2023, where responsibilities include leading business development teams to enhance growth opportunities for multi-site operators. Previously, Justin Kohlbrenner spent over a decade at Aspen Dental, holding multiple roles including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Practice Ownership, and played a key role in generating significant EBITDA growth through national expansion and strategic partnerships with financial institutions. An early career at Lockheed Martin included roles such as Retail Accounting Manager and FP&A Planner, while experience at M&T Bank as a Portfolio Analyst focused on leveraging analytics for customer solutions. Justin Kohlbrenner is currently pursuing an MBA in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration at Le Moyne College, following a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the same institution.
