Ashley Davis

Ashley Davis is an accomplished leadership coach and founder of Ashley Davis Collective, specializing in empowering individuals committed to meaningful change since January 2021. As a First Mover Fellow at The Aspen Institute since June 2018, Ashley contributes to developing innovative corporate social intrapreneurs. Previously, Ashley held various roles at Cole Haan, including Director of Global Corporate Responsibility, where responsibilities involved multi-stakeholder engagement for sustainable supply chains and promoting social responsibility initiatives. Ashley's career began at Philip Morris USA, managing sales territories, and includes internships in marketing and promotions. Educational credentials include a degree from Providence College and executive education from Harvard Business School.
