Christian Hartranft has a diverse work experience history, starting in 2010 with a role in the U.S. House of Representatives. They then worked in the State of Delaware's Office of the Public Defender in 2011. From 2012 to 2017, Hartranft held various positions at Franklin & Marshall College, including Executive Assistant to the President and Assistant to the President for Special Projects. In 2017, they moved to the Harvard Graduate School of Education to work on Special Projects in the Office of the Dean. Finally, since 2018, Hartranft has been employed at The Aspen Institute, where they have held roles as Special Assistant to the President, Senior Manager of Strategy and Engagement in the Office of the President, and currently as Director of Operations and Strategic Initiatives in the same department.
Christian Hartranft completed a Master of Education (Ed.M.) degree in Education Policy and Management at Harvard University from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) in Government and French from Franklin & Marshall College between 2008 and 2012.
