Felicia Davis

Felicia Davis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program direction and event management, currently serving as the Assistant Program Director for the Business & Society Program at The Aspen Institute since 2018. In this role, Felicia oversees the annual Aspen ESG Summit, bringing together leaders from corporations, institutional investors, and NGOs to address critical business issues. Prior to this role, Felicia was the Director of Content Programming at ALM Media, LLC, where programming aimed at modernizing corporate governance and integrating AI technologies took place. Felicia has also held key positions at IQPC and Corporate Learning Network, focusing on content production for professional development and leadership training. Early career experience includes serving as Production Manager for events at Frost & Sullivan. Felicia holds a Certificate in Corporate Sustainability from NYU Stern School of Business, a Master's in International Intercultural Communication from Aalborg University, a Bachelor's in Communications & Media from the University of Iowa, and is a certified Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.
