Evelina Vardanyan

Evelina Vardanyan is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in monitoring and evaluation, program management, and education development. Currently serving as Senior Officer for Monitoring & Evaluation at The Association of Commonwealth Universities, Evelina has designed and implemented effective organizational systems for data capture and impact evidence. Previous roles include championing gender equity initiatives in Sri Lanka, managing projects focused on capacity building for African researchers, and facilitating professional development programs for aspiring women leaders across Africa and Asia. Evelina has also coordinated educational programs at various esteemed organizations, including the Open Society Foundations, UNICEF, and USAID, and has a strong academic foundation with Master's degrees in Education Administration and Political Science.
