Burak Sumru

Burak Sumru is an experienced professional in the field of design and project management within the real estate industry. Currently serving as the Director of Design at The Athens Group since October 2022, Burak oversees design management for the Naples Beach Club Four Seasons Resort and coordinates design consultants throughout the project lifecycle. Prior to this role, Burak held the position of Senior Project Manager at Fort Partners for eight years, managing multiple high-profile condominium projects and development schedules. Burak's earlier experience includes project management for The Surf Club Four Seasons Hotel & Residences, and a role as Project Engineer at Burak İnşaat Sanayi Turizm Ltd. Şti., where Burak handled construction progress tracking and contractor team management. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development and Urbanism from the University of Miami and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi.
