Currently serving as a Partner at The Atlantic Group, Natasha specializes in executive search within the CFO/COO vertical for alternative asset management and Fortune 500 firms. Prior to their current role, Natasha worked as a Senior Search Consultant at The Mergis Group, focusing on placing finance & accounting professionals into financial services firms. Natasha's career started as an Equity Research Analyst at Merrill Lynch after obtaining their BS in Finance from Rutgers University.
