Katherine R.

Katherine R. is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and culture development. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Talent & Culture at The Atlantic since February 2019, Katherine has progressively advanced through various HR roles within the organization. Prior to this, Katherine worked at PwC as a Manager in Human Resources and held several HR roles at Enviva LP, including HR Manager and HR Analyst. Additionally, Katherine contributed to academia as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Georgetown University. Katherine holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
