Paddington Muskwe, CA(SA), ACCA has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Paddington started their career in 2006 as a Data Capture Clerk at Commercial Bank of Zimbabwe, where they were responsible for inputting client data and managing client records. In 2007, they worked as a Personal Banker at Peoples Own Savings Bank. In 2011, they joined Afrasia Bank Zimbabwe Limited as a Recoveries and Compliance Officer, where they evaluated credit portfolios, conducted compliance audits, and spearheaded regional collection and recovery efforts. In 2015, they joined Levitt Kirson Chartered Accountants as a Senior Audit Manager, where they built client relationships, prepared financial statements, and provided accounting and regulatory advice. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Finance - Shared Services and Core at The Aurum Institute. In this role, they manage the finance functions of the organization and ensures effective financial operations.

Paddington Muskwe, CA(SA), ACCA has a strong educational background in accounting and finance. Paddington holds a Bsc (hon) in Applied Accountancy from Oxford Brookes University, which they obtained from 2008 to 2011. In 2015 and 2016, they pursued further studies at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika and completed an Advanced Diploma in Applied Accounting Sciences.

Paddington's educational journey continued in 2017 when they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Accounting (CTA Level 2) from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika.

Furthermore, Paddington is a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), a qualification they attained. Paddington also holds additional certification from the ACCA, which they obtained in January 2018.
