Anna Blackett is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership, talent management, and consulting across various industries. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Level Up Collective since February 2020, Anna oversees a range of HR consulting services designed to enhance organizational capability and the employee experience. As a Fractional Chief People Officer at Coffee Supreme, Anna supports strategic projects during a high growth phase. Additionally, Anna is an APC Facilitator and Assessor for the Australian HR Institute, Non-Executive Director at Baseball Victoria, and has held significant roles at organizations such as Newcrest Mining Limited and ICC Cricket World Cup 2015. Anna holds a BA in Communications from the University of Otago, a Grad Dip in Teaching from Victoria University of Wellington, and participated in an exchange program at the University of Alberta.
