Simon Kuestenmacher

Simon Kuestenmacher is a prominent demographer and data analyst with extensive experience in the field of demographics and property. Currently serving as a columnist on demographics and data for The New Daily, and as a columnist for The Australian focusing on property markets, Simon co-founded and directs The Demographics Group, which provides advisory and media services to business and government. Previous experiences include a demographer role at KPMG Australia and research analyst positions, alongside academic tutoring and a fellowship at the Centre for Sustainability Leadership. Simon holds a Master of Philosophy in Urban Geography from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Geography from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
