Mallory Vanwagner

Mallory VanWagner currently serves as Chief of Staff at The Human Solution and Failure Lab Training, both starting in August 2024, contributing to organizational growth strategies and cultural transformation through human-centered leadership. In addition, Mallory manages sales and communications at The Authentic Asian and has held several other roles, including YAC Advisor at Branch County Community Foundation and Adjunct Faculty at Kellogg Community College. Previous experience includes positions as Health Educator at the Branch-Hillsdale-Saint Joseph Community Health Agency and Client Relationship Manager at iHire. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. in Leadership Studies and a B.B.A. in Human Resources, both from Baker College.
