The Autism Community in Action
Gabriella True has significant experience in advocacy and support for pediatric autoimmune neuropsychiatric disorders. Serving as the President of ASPIRE - Alliance to Solve PANS & Immune-Related Encephalopathies since January 2019, Gabriella has also held the role of Vice President within the organization. In addition, Gabriella co-manages the Connecticut PANS PANDAS Partnership, a community group dedicated to raising awareness about PANS/PANDAS, and coordinates a chapter for The Autism Community in Action (TACA) since April 2013. Previously, Gabriella served as President of the Board for the NE PANS/PANDAS Association from May 2015 to January 2019. Gabriella holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Kenyon College and attended Brearley School.

Autism is a developmental disability that causes significant social, communication, and behavioral challenges. Because autism is a spectrum disorder, the combination of symptoms and their level of severity varies from person to person.
