Guy Licata

Guy Licata is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in innovation management, entrepreneurship, and music. Currently serving as the Global Innovation Manager for Core Business and Brand Manager for Innovation at Avedis Zildjian Company since February 2022, Guy has also been the Founder of Aetheric since January 2013. In addition, Guy shares expertise as a Guest Lecturer at the Zicklin School of Business, focusing on entrepreneurship and innovation. A seasoned musician, Guy has performed as a touring drummer with various acts, including Bill Laswell and Museum of Love, and has held leadership positions such as Founder and CEO of Reflexx, which was acquired by Avedis Zildjian Company. Guy has provided consulting services for projects like the film Sound of Metal, preparing acclaimed actor Riz Ahmed for their drumming role. Guy's educational background includes studies at the University of Oregon and Drummers Collective NYC.
