Lauren Sharpe

Lauren Sharpe is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Board Member at The Avoca Clinic and Action24, and as a Board Observer at Revive Active and Tigers Childcare. Since November 2021, Lauren has also been an Investor at BGF. Prior to these roles, Lauren spent over a decade at KPMG Ireland, advancing to Associate Director in Corporate Finance, where expertise included M&A, debt structuring, and equity fundraising, alongside experience in debt refinancing, valuations, and financial modeling. Academically, Lauren holds a Master's in Accounting from University College Dublin, is a Qualified Chartered Accountant, and possesses a Bachelor of Business and Law with a focus on Accounting and Finance.
