Mindy Gikas

Mindy Gikas is a seasoned HR and talent management professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently, Gikas serves as Principal at MSG Consulting Group, focusing on addressing challenges faced by organizational leaders through a range of offerings, including talent mapping and career coaching. Additionally, Gikas holds the position of Engagement Manager and Career Coach at The Ayers Group, managing executive coaching engagements and client service initiatives. Previous roles include Executive Vice President of Global Talent at Porter Novelli, where strategic organizational initiatives were implemented, and Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Recruiting at Ruder Finn, overseeing HR functions across multiple offices.
