Jason Plain

Jason Plain is an experienced professional in program and project management, specializing in ERP systems within defense and governmental organizations. Currently serving as the SAP Cutover Lead for the Navy ERP at The Baer Group, Jason previously held key roles including Program Manager at Soliel, LLC, and various positions at Northrop Grumman, leading the GCSS Army Program and acting as the ESMS Functional Manager. Jason's expertise includes Agile methodologies, requirements gathering, and overseeing complex ERP conversions, such as the successful GCSS Army projects. Additionally, Jason has a background in SAP implementations and has provided project management support for the Air Force's ECSS program. Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts in Apparel Design from the International Academy of Design and Technology-Chicago and has completed courses in Finance and International Business at Ball State University.
