Leonara Coakley

Leonara Coakley is an experienced professional in product management and customer service, currently serving as the Postpaid & Roaming Product Manager at The Bahamas Telecommunications Company since June 2011. Prior roles at the same company include Manager of Consumer Prepaid Product Development and Management, Manager of Customer Value Mobile, and Senior Associate in Mobile Product Development, focusing on the design and development of mobile products. Leonara began the career at BTC Business in February 2001 as a Customer Service Representative and later became the Contact Center Team Lead, providing training and quality leadership.
