Giovanni Funes Nova

Giovanni Funes Nova has a strong background in finance and leadership roles. Giovanni most recently served as the CFO at The Bahri & Mazroei Group starting in May 2017. Prior to that, they worked at Italconsult SpA from August 2015 to February 2017 as the CFO cum Branch General Manager. From January 2006 to July 2015, they held the position of Regional CFO at Permasteelisa Group. Giovanni also served as the Interiors Business Unit Chief Financial Officer at Permasteelisa Group from December 2001 to February 2006. Before that, they worked as the Financial Controller at MECCANOSTAMPI S.R.L. from January 1999 to December 2001. Giovanni began their career as a Credit Analyst at Banca Popolare Di Vicenza in May 1996 before transitioning to other finance roles.

Giovanni Funes Nova completed their education from 1990 to 1995 at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, where they obtained a Doctor of Economics degree with a specialization in Economy and Commerce. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Financial Manager from ICCA, USA (attested by the ACTA) in March 2015.
