Eric Schnell

Eric Schnell is currently the Director of Service Delivery at The Bailey Group, where Eric connects executive coaches with individuals and teams in order to elevate their organizations. Eric also serves as an Adjunct Executive Coach/Consultant, unlocking personal and organizational potential. In the past, Eric has held roles such as Project Management/Organizational Development Consultant at the University of Minnesota, Interim Executive Director at Northeast Residence, and Interim Director at the Office for Conflict Resolution. Eric has a strong background in organizational development, project management, and conflict resolution.
