Kelsey Meyer Schalkle is an experienced executive coach and facilitator, currently serving as the head of Kelsey Meyer Schalkle since 2015. Areas of expertise include executive coaching, women in leadership, high potential leadership development, conflict management, and virtual work environments. Kelsey has collaborated with high-potential individuals across various sectors, including Fortune 100 companies such as Target and Ernst & Young, prestigious firms like McKinsey and Bain, and institutions like the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Additional roles include serving as an executive coach and consultant at The Bailey Group and Good Leadership Enterprises, offering leadership development coaching at the University of Chicago, and holding adjunct professor and consulting positions at Gustavus Adolphus College and Mondelēz International, respectively. Kelsey holds a Master of Science in Learning & Organizational Change from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts from Wheaton College, with additional studies at the University of Minnesota and the University of Oslo.
