Brad Esson

Brad Esson is an experienced Sr. Superintendent with a solid background in commercial general contracting, specializing in various construction types, including ground-up, design/build, retail, major renovations, and tenant improvement projects. Brad has held senior superintendent roles at The Bainey Group since 2022 and at Wexford Commercial Construction, LLC from 2017 to 2020. Previous experience includes positions as Construction Superintendent at Unispace (2015-2016) and Construction Superintendent II at Life Time Inc. (2012-2015), as well as serving as a Superintendent at Nelson Building & Development Inc. (2006-2009) and The Bainey Group (2000-2006).
