Lisa Hart

Lisa Hart has a diverse range of work experience in finance and accounting. Lisa began their career in 1997 as a Finance Manager at Lonza Biologics, where they supervised the finance team and managed various areas of financial reporting. Lisa then moved on to Thermo Electron, where they served as Controller, managing the accounting team and overseeing financial reporting and management for the US and Germany divisions.

After Thermo Electron, Lisa joined Sigarms as the Manager of Business Systems and Financial Reporting, responsible for financial planning and reporting. Lisa then joined Thermo Fisher Scientific as an Assistant Controller, where they improved reporting processes and reduced the month-end process time. Lisa later became the Operations Finance Manager and achieved improved inventory management.

Lisa's next role was as Divisional Finance Director for Thermo Fisher Scientific, where they oversaw financial planning and analysis. Lisa improved the company's financial processes and championed process improvement initiatives.

Following this, Lisa worked as the Senior Finance Manager at Bottomline Technologies, where they played a key role in financial management. Lisa is currently serving as the CFO at The Baker Company.

Lisa Hart obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Accounting from Franklin Pierce University. Lisa further pursued their education and completed their MBA from Southern New Hampshire University between 1991 and 1993.
