Rebecca Bowman

Rebecca Bowman, PRC, currently serves as the L&D Program Manager for Sales Training at The Baldwin Group since August 2021. Previous roles include Organizational Development Manager and Talent Acquisition Supervisor at HCSS, and Manager of Learning and Development at Insgroup, Inc. Noteworthy achievements at Insgroup included the selection and implementation of the firm’s first Learning Management System (Litmos). At Star Furniture & Mattresses, Rebecca developed and implemented onboarding curricula for sales consultants. Prior experience at ADP involved delivering HR solutions to middle market businesses, while extensive tenure at Mattress Firm included leadership in educational initiatives for multiple regions and overseeing training programs for numerous acquisitions. Rebecca's educational background features a Master of Conducting from Stephen F. Austin State University and a Human Resource Management Certificate from Rice University.
