Janna Harris

Janna Harris has extensive experience in the banking and finance industry, currently serving as a Vice President and Consumer Loan Officer Manager at The Bancorp since April 2020, overseeing institutional banking and insurance-backed lines of credit. Janna has held various leadership roles, including Vice President and Private Banker at Fidelity Bank and U.S. Bank, respectively. Prior positions include Relationship Associate IV at Mobank and Producer/Office Manager at State Farm Insurance. Additionally, Janna serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Women in Leadership Program at Lindenwood University since August 2023, contributing to the development of future leaders. Janna's career began at Bank of America, where significant management experience was gained over nearly a decade.
