Jeffrey Drexler is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in consumer complaints and remediation. Since April 2011, Jeffrey has held various leadership positions at The Bancorp, including Vice President of Consumer Complaints & Remediation, Vice President of Consumer Complaints, and Assistant Vice President of Consumer Advocacy Manager. Prior to this, Jeffrey worked at Total Card, Inc. from 2002 to April 2011, serving as Quality, Payment Processing and Presidential Response Manager, as well as Quality Assurance Analyst and Account Representative. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Dakota State University, attended from 1999 to 2002, and also studied at Northern State University from 1997 to 1999.
