Jen Townsend

Jen Townsend is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in human resources and operations. Currently serving as AVP of HR Information Systems & Operations and previously as AVP, Senior Business Specialist at The Bancorp, Jen has also gained experience in various roles including Operations Specialist in HR at Freedom Mortgage and Project Coordinator & Analyst in HR at The Chemours Company. Additionally, Jen has a unique background in public service as an Ocean Lifeguard & Officer with the Long Beach Township Beach Patrol and has contributed to the development of young athletes as an Assistant Swim Coach with the Delaware Swim Team.
