Josh Pro

Josh Pro has extensive experience in fintech solutions and project management, currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Product Management at The Bancorp since January 2007. Key accomplishments include implementing an Enterprise PMO that significantly improved project outcomes and collaboration, achieving a $20M expense run-rate reduction, and partnering on an Institutional Banking Automation initiative that reduced loan processing time from 30 days to 2 days, generating an incremental $200M in annual loans. Additionally, Josh Pro has led initiatives to enhance BSA/AML practices and remediated regulatory programs essential to the firm's success. Prior to joining The Bancorp, Josh Pro held various roles at Chase, including Lending Risk Analyst I. Josh Pro holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Wilmington University.
