Martin Reap

Martin Reap, Esq., M.S. Eng., CAMS, CFE, currently serves as Vice President of Financial Crime Investigations and Reporting at The Bancorp since June 2018, providing oversight to a team of AML analysts and enhancing internal controls. Additionally, Martin is an Adjunct Professor at Delaware Law School, teaching a course on International Money Laundering and Corruption. Previous experience includes the role of AVP and Team Lead in Financial Crimes Compliance at HSBC, Senior AML Investigator, and a legal career as an Attorney Per Diem and Staff Attorney at various law firms. Martin's engineering background includes positions as Engineering Associate and Senior Engineer, focusing on environmental projects. Martin holds a Doctor of Law degree from Widener University, a Master of Science from Rutgers University, and a Bachelor of Science from Penn State University.
