Rick Rinaudo

Rick Rinaudo is an experienced professional in the financial services sector, currently serving as VP, Technical Business Relationship Manager in Institutional Banking at The Bancorp since May 2021. Previously, Rick held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Product Delivery at Temenos U.S.A., Inc., and Head of Operations Change Management at CreditShop, where initiatives in Change Management were piloted. Rick’s background also includes significant roles at Barclays as Vice President of Business Architecture and Service Delivery and at Fiserv, where comprehensive service management and IT transformation efforts were executed over a 16-year period.
