Estelle M. Chaves, CRCM, CERP has extensive experience in the banking and mortgage industries. Estelle M. is currently the Vice President Residential Lending/Compliance at Bank of Canton, where they oversee all operations of the Residential Lending area and provides training and support for compliance and risk mitigation. Previously, they worked as the Vice President Mortgage Operations/Compliance at Peoples Credit Union, where they directed overall operations of the Mortgage Loan Operations, Consumer Loan, and Loan Servicing Departments. Estelle M. also has experience as the Vice President Residential/Consumer Compliance at Rockland Trust, where they performed analysis and reporting for compliance and regulatory requirements in the Residential and Home Equity Business Units. Estelle M. also holds a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) certification from the American Bankers Association, obtained in 2014.
