Kristy McCreary

Kristy McCreary currently serves as the Director of Operations at The Bank of Elk River since September 2024. Previously, Kristy held the position of Director of Operations - Executive Officer at Unity Bank from March 2019 to September 2024, following Unity Bank's acquisition of First Citizens Bank of Polson in May 2020, where Kristy was initially hired. Prior to that, Kristy worked as the Accounting Operations Manager at First National Bank of Elk River from April 2017 to March 2019 and as Vice President Operations & Cashier at Landmark Community Bank from June 2013 to April 2017, during which time Kristy navigated the merger with Flagship Bank. Starting in the banking industry, Kristy has experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Mortgages Unlimited and Village Bank, with an additional role as Operations Project Manager at Village Bank. Kristy holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from NHCC, expected to be completed in December 2023, and an ABA Certificate in Bank Financial Management obtained between 2019 and 2021.
