Stephanie Dahl, PHR, SHRM-CP, has a diverse background in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Associate and previously as a Human Resources Coordinator at The Bank of Tampa since March 2020. Prior roles include HR Manager and HR Analyst-Employee/Labor Relations & Compliance at Hillsborough Community College from June 2016 to March 2020, and various HR positions at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company between November 2010 and October 2016. Stephanie also gained experience as a Recruiter and HR Specialist at Tampa General Hospital from February 2014 to September 2015, and began a career at Walt Disney World as a Character Performer from September 2003 to October 2010. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida, obtained in 2008.
