Luke Johnson

Luke joined Barcode in 2017 to support its strategic focus on the use of technology as a way of enhancing its managed services offering and gaining wider operational efficiencies. Luke has spent most of his career working in the IT and Telecoms industry, most recently with 13 years at the Managed Services technology business, Timico, where he held a number of senior roles including both IS Director and Customer Operations Director. At Timico, Luke managed a number of complex system migrations following business acquisitions as well as managing their instance of the ServiceNow platform. He is now focused on using this experience to drive wider use of ServiceNow following Barcode’s investment in this market-leading ITSM platform in 2015.
